Reilly T. McAfee joined Curtis Law PC in 2025 and maintains a diverse practice with an emphasis on Complex Commercial Litigation, entity formation and structuring, Contract review and drafting, Corporate, and Transactional matters. Mr. McAfee is skilled, comfortable, and confident representing in both federal and state courts, as well as arbitration proceedings.

Prior to joining Curtis Law PC, Mr. McAfee practiced at two well-renowned Texas law firms specializing in Litigation where he gained invaluable experience representing companies and business owners, insurance carriers, and individuals in litigation on both the Plaintiff and Defense side of the Bar.

Prior to his law practice, Mr. McAfee operated a small business consulting company, serving the “Texas Triangle” and businesses in the communities that sit within it. During that time, Mr. McAfee gained extensive exposure and experience in all aspects of running a small business, serving and catering to the needs of businesses and business owners, and uniquely understands navigating and solving the most challenging and costly problems, financial and otherwise, that companies, founders, and business owners face when a legal dispute arises. Most importantly, he knows how to proactively prepare to prevent disputes and when they do arise, he is equally comfortable and capable of resolving them outside of the Courtroom.

Mr. McAfee’s practice and the approach that he takes with each case and client draws on his legal and entrepreneurial experience to tell his client’s story, whether it be to an acquirer, lender, administrative body, or before a judge and jury. In each matter he handles, Mr. McAfee proactively assesses, refines, and shrinks challenging, complex concepts and key legal issues into digestible, understandable pieces, that can be understood and conceptualized from the boardroom to the jury box. This is followed by a focused, business-minded strategy, execution of the same, and a relentless pursuit towards meeting each client’s unique goals and objectives in an efficient and effective manner.

Mr. McAfee was raised in Belton, Texas, and currently resides in Dallas, Texas with his corgi, Astro.
