  • Represented Development Company in a transaction with a university for the development of a teaching facility.
  • Represented construction companies in an outside general counsel capacity with all contractual, business law, construction law, and litigation matters.
  • Represented clients before municipal authorities concerning entitlements, permitting, zoning and variances. Represented all clients in civil litigation matters as needed.
  • Managed a docket of several hundred judicial foreclosures arising from defaults on property tax loans.
